Vendor Guidelines:

  • Tickets: Each exhibitor will receive 2 ticket to the event. Additional tickets must be purchased at the regular price of $110.

  • Registration and Setup:

    • Registration opens at 9:30 AM.

    • Setup must be completed by 9:15 AM.

    • All exhibits must remain intact until the event closes at 2:00 PM.

  • Table Features: Each vendor will be provided with a 6' draped table.

  • Crates/Storage: Packing boxes must be stored under the table.

  • Solicitation/Samples: Vendors are encouraged to provide attendees with samples or literature but must distribute them only within their table space.
